Our Story

Our goal is to open and operate a small breakfast and brunch restaurant that is family-oriented in Coquitlam. Our Restaurant features traditional breakfast and lunch cuisine consisting of: daily soup, waffle, salads, Sandwiches, Pancakes, Benedict and Pasta and much more. We focus on an authentic Canadian brunch style with a touch of Asian influence. The menu is inspired from different countries’ specialties to appeal to to a diverse clientele. 

Jay Kook is a chef, with a varied culinary background for many years. Jay graduated from Humber College with a Culinary Diploma with honours in Toronto within the year of 2005. His career started at Woodbine Casino & Horse Racing as a cook in May 2003, in Toronto. Jay then continued his career in the culinary arts with 15 years of experience working as a head chef in a variety of restaurants such as Mad for Garlic(Seoul, Korea), C.J. Entertainment(Seoul, Korea) and Pinnacle Hotel(North Vancouver)
